Well, nothing real exciting has been happening to me lately, but I figured I was still way behind on my blog posting.
I DID go and see High School Musical 3 last Friday, with Hannah and some other friends. Not gonna lie, I enjoyed it. Of course, the snark did escape now and again. Aaaand some other stuff too. For instance:
*Zac Efron faces away from the camera and takes his shirt off*
Me: Turn around, Zac!
Hannah: Yeah!
Me: Don't stop!
*He puts another shirt on*
Both: Awwww.
Me: Zac, why must you tease us so?
Hannah: TAKE YOUR PANTS OFF!!!
*a pause*
Hannah: Okay, that was inappropriate.
And we did take some time to make fun of the more hideous dresses in the prom scene.
I am such a multi-tasker. I am typing a blog AND watching Dexter at the same time. I've only just started watching the show, but I figured hey, I'm already rather enamored with ONE serial killer....It's a pretty interesting show so far. Not as good as HEROES!!!!!!!!!! Naturally. And I cannot WAIT for the huge nerd-fest that Aunt Cheri, Liz and I have planned for when I'm there in January. We're going to buy shirts, and make shirts....
Aunt Cheri--I'm thinking a good one for you might say something like "Remember when Peter was a nurse?.....Yeah, me neither."
Or something with a picture of Peter in his scrubs that says "Nurses--the REAL Heroes."
Am I right?
In other news: I get to see my girls tomorrow, YAY!!!!!!!!!!! I miss those little brats so much. Oh, and Jeremy will be there too. I will make sure to take LOTS of pictures of us all in our Halloween finery and post them to Facebook. My Toad outfit is going to be AWESOME.
Time goes by so fast here...I wake up sometimes thinking that it surely can't be past September, and yet here I am, on the verge of a new November. And I have a sneaking suspicion that it's only going to get worse. In some ways, it's nice. It means that I never have to wait long for something that I'm looking forward to---time just speeds me right to it. But then it's over before I've even taken the chance to breathe it in. Scary.
Although, it does remind me of one of my favorite quotes: (Liz, I believe this was you:)
"I hate time and how it...passes." Deep, girl. Real deep.
In less melodramtic news....Jeremy puts up with a lot from me. Case in point: I just recently realized that I send him the most random texts. The other day, this is what he gets:
12:02 a.m.: "I swear, the squirells here are just the fattest, cutest things you have ever seen."
12:04 a.m. "I want one."
12:06: "But one that would, like, ride around on my shoulder and whisper its squirrelly secrets into my ear."
12:07 "I would name him Jasper, since you are determined to never let me name a child that."
12:08: "So, you know, my birthday is coming up. Just something to think about. An anthropormorphic squirell would be much appreciated."
12:10 "Oh, and he needs to be trained to follow my orders."
After all of that, here is the response I get:
"Okay. Will see what I can do."
He's a good guy. And I am SO weird.
And that's all for today folks, be sure to tune into Station ADD whenever you feel like you just can't focus on one topic at a time.

Yeah, what is it with that whole time passing thing anyway? I can't wait for our Heroes nerd-fest either! Squee! And LOL at Hannah's "Okay, that was inappropriate" comment.
Yeah, that was great. I thought the squirrel texts were hilarious too.
I like how when Peter was a nurse they talked about him "making minimum wage" and "living in poverty" even though he's obviously an RN (since he actually pretends to be messing with IV fluids in one episode) Apparently they've never looked in the newspapers to see what RN's earn.
Not that it matters when you can suck up other people's powers and you have a creepy, cancerous-looking brother who's gonna ruin your life anyway.
love you!
